Return and complaints
Our products can be returned without a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, or if faulty, complaint can be filed. For these purposes, a return form is available on the second page. When returning the goods, please fill out the form, also available online, and send the clothes back to our address. Please pack the clothing back to its original box. Alternatively, put another secure wrap on them, so no damage is caused.
Goods purchased throught the e-shop which you wish to return, must be unwashed, undamaged, with an intact protective liner ensuring hygienic testing of the product, with original tags. The goods can be tried on only.

If you are interested in an exchange (e.g. when ordering the wrong size), please contact us via email (email@example.com) with your request, for tracking purposes. Afterwards new order needs to be placed in the system. The order will be processed once returned goods are received and accepted by MyPouch. The shipping of new order is FREE OF CHARGE. Once placing new order please apply discount code FREESHIPPING.
