Ostomy underwear manufacturer, MyPouch, is the dream project of a little girl called Tereza, who wanted to achieve big things in life. Unfortunately, Tereza’s plans were cut short by a severe form of Crohn’s disease when she was 18 years old. After multiple unsuccessful surgical operations, it became clear she would need to have an ostomy for the rest of her life.

Tereza, however, decided that this would not curtail her ambitions and it was her change in circumstances which gave birth to the idea which ultimately became MyPouch. Following her ostomy surgery, Tereza discovered that she was unable to find suitable underwear products in her country. As a consequence, she started to look at options on how to design and produce ostomy underwear locally in the Czech Republic.

And the rest is history…

Today we are delighted to offer you an underwear collection which we have been tirelessly developing for months - sewing samples, adjusting the cuts, searching for the highest quality materials from Czech suppliers.

The cuts have been specially developed by our designer in cooperation with ostomates, whose comfort is, of course, our number one priority. A special inner pocket which is sewn into each garment lengthwise makes the briefs suitable for all ostomy types. We chose attractive, breathable material and a soft waist band, providing a great fit and natural comfort to the body.

We at MyPouch appreciate your support and hope that our products make your life with ostomy easier. And don’t worry, we will continue to move forward and develop yet more new designs to in the future to suit all your needs.
